This service is perfect for those clients that have secured a venue, date and some vendors but needs help filling in the gaps with remaining vendors and putting the details into place.

DAY-OF
COORDINATION
Plan your special day and let us make sure it unfolds exactly to your imagination! This service is perfect for you if you have booked all of your vendors but don't want the stress of executing your vision in the weeks prior to your big day. Our highly experienced Lead Coordinator will step in 6 weeks before “D-Day” to ensure your day runs seamlessly. This way, you can enjoy the perfect event you worked so hard to plan! An essential service for any client, the Day-Of Coordination service includes the necessary finalization meetings for a flawless event.
Our Lead Coordinator and one assistant will be on-site from set-up to the beginning of dancing.

EVENTS
At Nee-Anelco Events, we specialize in exciting destinations like Tobago, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Cuba. Most of our clients choose to hold their celebration at an all-inclusive resort, but we also love when our clients choose an off-site venue. Once you reach out and share your wish list with us, our Director of Caribbean Experience will play matchmaker in finding you the perfect venue to call "home base" for your event!
